By using this Website you acknowledge that you have read and you agree to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the contents of this Website, including these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by posting such changes on the Website. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. 3. MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse online, clicking on any items for further information and to add to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on the Shopping Basket Symbol at the top left to view your shopping cart to view your purchases and continue to the checkout. At checkout time you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to process the order.We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. If you order on-line but pay other than with a credit card, or order in any other way, please contact us for details of the postage cost. If you prefer not to pat via PayPal then please contact us and we can make alternative arrangements.

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit card payments via PayPal, the secure online card processing service. Personal and company cheques are also accepted.Please note that no order will be dispatched for shipping until it is paid for in full. We do not store or see your credit card details all card processing is carried out on the PayPal secure payment website. No one else can see your payment details, not even ourselves. We are simply instructed by PayPal that an authorisation has been approved.You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card. The prices displayed on our web site are in GBP.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Truly Madly Vintage aims to deliver your item to you as quickly as possible and we aim to despatch goods within 1 working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We will inform you if we cannot despatch goods within 3 working days of the order being placed (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Where Goods are to be supplied from stock, such supply is subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. All items are sent via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Standard delivery is £4.00 per order and is sent 1st Class recorded delivery. If you are not at home to receive the parcel it will be taken to the local Post Office for you to collect as a signature is required. For orders over £50, or to ensure next day delivery, we would recommend Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery as this provides a higher level of insurance. This costs £6.50. Special delivery orders placed before 1.00pm will be sent the same day and are guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). If a special delivery order is placed after 1.00pm and next day or Saturday delivery is required, please call us on 07843 439 537 and in most cases we should be able to deliver in time. We will combine all items in your shopping cart and charge one delivery charge. Please note that if the weight of your package exceeds 2kg additional shipping costs will be invoiced to you after the order has been placed. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. We will arrange to send the item using the payment method specified by you during the checkout process but regret that we cannot guarantee the delivery time as this is outside of our control. Flat rate fees apply as follows: UK standard - £4 Royal Mail 1st class recordedUK special delivery - £6.50 Royal Mail Special Delivery (recommended for items of value over £50 or for next day delivery) Europe - £9 Royal Mail International signed for Rest of World - £12 Royal Mail International signed for In the extremely rare event that your order is lost on its way to you, we will refund you in full after 15 days from when it was sent & we will follow up ourselves with Royal Mail. Royal Mail may contact you as part of the claim process. The following conditions apply to the above options:A. Delivery Service UpgradesShould the weight of any UK Recorded Signed or UK Special Delivery consignment be in excess of 2KG in weight, we reserve the right to upgrade shipment of your order to a National Carrier and ask for additional monies to cover increased postage costs.B. Loss, Delay & Damaged GoodsAlthough Truly Madly Vintage are responsible for shipping and making any claim for compensation for loss or delay on your behalf, any claim will be limited to the maximum compensation allowed by the shipping method you choose. In respect of any shipment, all goods leave us in appropriate packing material and in a non-damaged state. Truly Madly Vintage themselves will not accept liability for any claim for non delivery of goods or items deemed broken in transit, though depending on the circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, claim compensation or replace goods where applicable via the appropriate carrier on your behalf.C. International delivery/Custom Tax We are happy to accept international orders and to ship internationally, please contact us to a personalised shipping quote. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

6. RETURNS

We personally hand-pick our items and check them for quality and hope that you will be thrilled with all of your purchases. However, there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We have strived to keep the process as simple as possible. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on goods starting from the day after you take delivery of them. The following procedure must be followed: Please contact us using returns@trulymadlyvintage.com within 48 hours of receiving your item and provide full details, invoice number and details of why you wish to return the goods. We will then provide you with a refund authorisation number, which you need to send with the returned goods. You then have 7 days to return the item to us (up to 10 days if posting from outside of the UK). Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in - unworn and undamaged and with packaging and any tags etc still attached. You will also need to enclose the original invoice. You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning the item. Any refund will be made for the purchase price of the item only, not the postage. We can only reimburse return postage costs if the item was not accurately described. You are respectfully reminded that you have a legal 'duty of care' in respect of the goods returned as you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as 'proof of posting' may be required. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). Please mark the parcel 'returns', package the goods neatly and take care that the returned goods are not damaged in any way. If you decide to cancel your order, after your chosen goods have been delivered to you, then you will be responsible for returning the goods to Truly Madly Vintage at your own expense. In the case of a customer returning items to Truly Madly Vintage using our Returns Policy, where the returned item is reported to have been lost in transit, then the customer must provide Truly Madly Vintage with the proof of postage certificate to enable us to make a claim against Royal Mail / courier / national postal service of country concerned. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since being dispatched from Truly Madly Vintage. We try to make refunds within one week of receipt, but guarantee to make all refunds within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods. Please note that we will not be liable for any interest payments as refunds may fall outside debit/credit card timescales. Returned/Exchange Items - In order to keep our product prices low, it is up to the discretion of management to apply an administration charge of £2 to cover costs related of these activities.These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

7. SHORT OR DAMAGED GOODS

Goods that are either faulty/damaged or short in quantity must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. This may be done either by phone or e-mail.If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email at returns@trulymadlyvintage.com to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

8. VAT

Truly Madly Vintage is not registered for VAT.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Truly Madly Vintage do not disclose buyers information to third parties.Information will only be used to process the buyers order and fulfil the delivery function.

10 OTHER TERMS

The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform all or part of its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances outside its control, such as Acts of God, strikes, lock outs, labour disturbance, Government statute or order, fire, equipment breakdown or late delivery of supplies.We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.
